TERMS OF USE

By downloading, installing, or using the GameOn mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

GameOn is a mobile platform that connects football teams needing extra players with solo players looking for matches. The service operates in Lebanon and the MENA region.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use GameOn.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent match listings
• Create fake accounts or impersonate other users
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to manipulate reliability scores or ratings
• Post matches you do not intend to hold

• New accounts receive 3 free starter credits.
• Credits are deducted when a match is posted (1 credit per player requested).
• Credits are non-refundable once used.
• Monthly subscribers may post unlimited matches during their subscription period.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• All purchases are final. Refunds are only provided where required by applicable law.

GameOn's reliability system tracks player show-up rates, ratings, and punctuality. By using the app, you agree to:

• Show up to matches you have been accepted for, or cancel in advance
• Rate players honestly after matches
• Accept that your reliability score is visible to other users
• Follow the dispute process if you believe a rating is inaccurate

Players may dispute "no show" marks within 48 hours of receiving them. The team that posted the mark will be asked to confirm or retract it. If no response is received within 48 hours, the mark will be automatically removed.

All content, features, and functionality of the GameOn app — including but not limited to design, logos, and software — are owned by GameOn and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

GameOn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that matches posted will occur as described. We are not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameOn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or participation in matches arranged through the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
