COMMON QUESTIONS
How do credits work?
Each credit lets you request 1 player. Posting a match for 2 players costs 2 credits. New accounts get 3 free credits.
Can I get a refund on credits?
Credits are non-refundable once used. If you have an issue with a purchase, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
How do I dispute a no-show mark?
Open your profile, find the rating, and tap "Dispute". The team has 48 hours to confirm. If they don't respond, the mark is removed automatically.
Is my location always tracked?
No. We only access your location when the app is open and you're browsing matches. We never track location in the background.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Sign Out. To fully delete your data, email us at yaya.bt747@gmail.com and we'll remove everything within 30 days.
